6 days hunting $5,000.00 US License: $50.00

A 50% deposit will be needed to secure your spot
Deposits are nonrefundable unless an alternate hunter is found to take your place at the full hunt price or you transfer your deposit to the following year.
A 20% cancellation fee will apply to cancelled hunts to cover all costs and inconveniences.

Included in the cost of the hunt:
Transportation from your hotel to/from camp
Transportation during the hunt
All meals & accommodations during the hunt
Guiding service
Trophy care

Not Included in the cost of the hunt:
Alcoholic beverages
Gratuities for guides and cooks
Hotel rooms for the day you arrive and the day you leave. (We will have them booked for you)
Meat processing
Shipping your trophies and/or meat
5% GST on cost of hunt

Travel documents
You will need a passport to enter Canada. For more border crossing details visit It is your responsibility to make sure you will not be refused entry into Canada.

Firearms Declaration Form:
You will need a firearms declaration form to clear your rifle through customs. There is a $30 payment at the border to process this form. You can complete the online form or download it here: Non-Resident Firearm Declaration. Please fill out form in triplicate but do not sign until you are with a Canadian customs agent. Handguns are not allowed in Canada.

WIN (Wildlife Identification Number)
A WIN number is required to purchase hunting and sportfishing licences in Alberta. Click here to complete the online application. Be sure you give yourself enough time to receive your card before you arrive for your hunt.

Other recommendations
Hunters with special needs or disabilities please let us know about it before you get into camp so we can make the necessary arrangements. (e.g.  special diet, mobility restrictions, etc..) 

We recommend that you bring a low-power riflescope (that has a low power setting somewhere between 1 and 4 as most shots are very close).

What to bring on your trophy moose hunts in Alberta
The proper equipment and clothing is essential in order for you to fully enjoy your hunt.

Personal items for your hunt
  • Archery hunters should shoot about (50-75 pound bow) along with 2 dozen arrows and at least 1 inch broad heads.
  • Binoculars
  • Medium weight sleeping bag with pillow.
  • Your choice of clothing (nice warm jacket, warm socks, and warm sweaters, along with some lighter wear).
  • One pair of rubber boots, one pair of hiking boots, and shoes for around camp.
  • Wool socks and several pairs of regular socks
  • 2 pairs of warm underwear and several pairs or regular underwear
  • Good raincoat and pants
  • a good knife --flashlight--lighter or matches---water bottle---alarm clock
  • a good camera or video camera with spare batteries
  • Towel and face cloth---soap and shampoo
  • Daypack
  • Personal toiletries and medication
  • Mosquito repellent and head net
  • Medium weight sleeping bag with pillows (fly-in only)
  • Dry bags (bring capes home)
